Following a €55 million investment, Whites of Wexford Hotel re-opened last June, as one of Ireland’s leading 4 star hotels with top class conference facilities suitable for any group. Located in the busy town centre of Wexford, within easy access to all main airports, rail services and ferry ports, Whites of Wexford is an ideal conference or event venue.

Boasting facilities to suit all requirements, Whites of Wexford incorporates ten dedicated boardrooms and two on-site business centres which can assist a party of two to a group of 1,000. Since its re-opening, Whites has set a new precedence in the South East and its success as a leading conference venue is proven by the corporate events which will be hosted at Whites over the coming months.

The main conference room, The McLure Suite, is the largest in the South East, catering for up to 1,000 delegates, theatre style and 750 in banquet style. It can also be divided into a number of smaller configurations, to suit any type of function. The McLure Suite boasts a remote controlled 18 metre screen (192 square feet) and video projector. There is also a secondary seven square metre (70 square feet) screen with the ability to display not only documents but also DVDs and videos. All rooms are sound proof and radio microphones are available as standard. Recess speakers feature throughout and all lighting is also remote controlled.

For more intimate meetings, Whites of Wexford have conference rooms with a capacity for up to 110 delegates, theatre style. These rooms can also be sub-divided to cater for smaller groups of up to 40 delegates at a time.

Along with the main conference rooms, Whites of Wexford also offers five dedicated boardrooms that can cater for up to ten delegates each. Whites’ conferencing expertise is evident by the two dedicated business centres on site, which accommodate all administrative requirements.

At Whites of Wexford each meeting room comes with a complimentary stationary toolbox, pads and pens for delegates, mints and a flipchart. All the latest in audio visual and lighting equipment is standard throughout.

Whites of Wexford boasts 157 bedrooms and luxury suites as well as Ireland’s first Cryotherapy clinic, incorporated in a high quality leisure club and spa. Delegates can avail of the superb facilities during their stay at Whites of Wexford. A fully equipped gymnasium is onsite, incorporating a computerised training programme and individual TVs on all machines. There is also ample underground parking available for over 275 cars.

There are several dining experiences to cater for all palates at Whites of Wexford. The Terrace Restaurant aspires to be one of the finest dining experiences in Wexford, while informal dining is available throughout the day in the Lobby Bar or the vibrant La Speranza Café Bar.
