The Farm Cottages at Fruit Hill, Campile nesr New Ross make an ideal base for exploring Ireland's South East Region, and offer a unique retreat from the rest of the world.

Each cottage is comfortable, well equipped, tastefully decorated and surrounded by gardens, woodland full of wildlife and open pastures. At Fruit Hill you can enjoy farm walks, make friends with the peacock in the garden or just pick abook off the shelf, put your feet up and relax by the cosy fire. A short ferry trip across the estuary brings you to Waterford, famous for its crystal glass. Wexford is about 40 minutes away, and the medieval city of Kilkenny is a scenic 1 hour drive from Campile.

Accross the garden in Fruit Hill House, built around 1730. Having fallen into ruin in the 1940's it is currently under restoration and is home to the Devae family. Golf, Fishing and Sailing are all available in the neighbourhood and there are 14 sandy beaches within easy driving distance (10 - 25 minutes). Local pubs hve regular music sessions, and there are several very good restaurants in the area. Historical sites include 12th Century abbeys  of Dunbrody and Tintern, Hook Lighthouse, the Ros Expo, Duncannon Fort and the tall ship the JFK Dunbrody, the Kennedy Arboretum and Kilmokea Gardena are all located nearby

This charming property stands just 10 minutes walk from the sea, on the beautiful Hook Peninsula in County Wexford, Ireland'd sunniest couty.  Set round a courtyard along with the owners house, it has been carefully converted from traditional 18th century, stone farm buildings, retaining their old beams and stonework with tiled or wooden floors, and extensions to create spacious, high quality accommodation.  The Barn enjoys its own private garden, and both properties share the central courtyard with garden seating.  A seperate laundry room provides facilities for washing and drying clothes and equipement after the day's adventures.  The Wexford coastal path runs close by and horse riding, fishing, scuba diving or relaxing can be enjoyed along the sands.  Friendly Fethard-on-Sea offers restaurants, entertainment and sporting activities, all within walking distance, and the immediate area offers wonderful scenery, gardens, crafts, bird watching and horse riding as well as excellent scuba diving, canoeing and windsurfing in some of Europe's clearest waters.  The area offers many historic sites including Tintern Abbey, Dunbrody Abbey, Duncannon Fort, Fethard Castle and the magnificent Hook Lighthouse.  There are sandy coves, sea and river fishing, good restuarants and welcoming pubs.  Hotel, Restaurant and Shop 1/4 Mile away.
